On the first day of menstruation, womans should be more diligent to replace the pads. However menstrual blood is a fertile medium for the perch and the breeding of germs. Leaving pads submerged for long menstrual blood, it is not healthy. Most feared when it comes to cases of toxic shock syndrome. Symptoms and signs appear as sudden fever, redness of skin, decreased blood pressure, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle pain and in danger of shock. The cause toxic bacteria staphylococcus aureus. Habit of wearing underwear made from carboxymethylcellulose, and use absorbent tampons (roll of absorbent material that infiltrated the special blood to the vagina). So efforts to maintain cleanliness of genitals during the days of menstruation is expected to prevent the occurrence of disease around there. Including the possibility of lower urinary tract inflammation (urethritis), vaginal discharge (leucorrhoea) if cebok cleaning water is not clean.
